2015 VE Day – Spitfires over Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park

Sitting on deck of Holiday home at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park, Bembridge, Isle of Wight. When I heard the unmistakable sound of the Rolls Royce Merlin engine, ran grabbed camera and got a few pictures of the three WW2 Spitfire aircraft as they few over Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park on VE Day (8th May 2015).

Now have covered in the open steps to decking so our dog Pippa does not slip through and also completed the decking by placing Plum slate gravel under decking.
