Arreton Cricket Club Shed broken into

It is with great disappointment that we have found out today that our Arreton Cricket club Shed has been broken into. 

A number of items have been stolen including;

1x Red Petrol Mower 
1x Electric Strimmer 
3x Jerry Cans - 1 half full of petrol, 1 with a little Diesel and an empty one. 

Alongside the person/persons vandalising our equipment by spray painting and cutting wires to our brand new appliances.

 
As you know our club is run by volunteers, and funding is given to us for our youngsters and adults alike who enjoy cricket.

 
There are a great number of people who dedicate their time and energy to creating a happy, safe environment at Arreton CC and after a difficult two years for everyone, its aim, more than ever, is to bring people together. 

This is a note to warn other clubs around the Island that there are people out there who are stealing and vandalising equipment and to take extra precautions as we will now endeavour to do. 

If anyone has seen anything unusual around the cricket club please report it to the Police as we have done, and if you see any of the items listed above appearing for sale on any platform again please report it.
